Carlos Arguelles has 27 years of experience working in various aspects of Developer Productivity Engineering at Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. He served as a Technical Lead for company-wide Infrastructure for Integration Testing at Amazon for 6 years and held the same position at Google for 4 years.

Carlos is passionate about Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and Core Developer Infrastructure for mid-to-large software companies. Having spent nearly three decades at three of the largest software companies in the world, he has seen firsthand how hundreds of thousands of developers write, review, test, and deploy code at a large scale. At these large companies, small inefficiencies can accumulate, leading to developer fatigue and the loss of millions—or even hundreds of millions—of dollars in productivity or wasted hardware resources. Carlos is dedicated to improving engineers' lives by removing toil, enhancing efficiency, and raising the bar in engineering and operational excellence.

In 2015, Jason Huggins founded Tapster Robotics in Oak Park, Illinois. At Tapster, Jason combines his unique automated testing experience with a lifelong enthusiasm for robotics. Jason also started the popular open-source test automation projects Selenium and Appium. In 2013, Jason Huggins was a member of President Obama's "tech surge" team tasked with fixing the troubled HealthCare.gov site.  Prior to starting Tapster, Jason was founder and CTO at Sauce Labs and an automation engineer at Google.

Siri Varma Vegiraju is a seasoned expert in healthcare, cloud computing, and security. Currently, he focuses on securing Azure Cloud workloads, leveraging his extensive experience in distributed systems and real-time streaming solutions. Prior to his current role, Siri contributed significantly to cloud observability platforms and multi-cloud environments. He has demonstrated his expertise through notable achievements in various competitive events and as a judge and technical reviewer for leading publications. Siri frequently speaks at industry conferences on topics related to Cloud and Security and holds a Masters Degree from University of Texas, Arlington with a specialization in Computer Science.

Jennifer X Zhang is the Director of Accessibility Program and Innovation at RaLytics, a small business owned by veterans and people with disabilities. She focuses on embedding accessibility skills, processes, and governance into RaLytics' offerings with a focus on Human Centered Accessibility so customers can eventually learn to sustainably fish for themselves in the digital accessibility ocean. She was formerly on the central accessibility team at Microsoft running accessible design and has a strong track record of innovation in accessible design and hackathon projects. She won multiple awards for her contributions to eye gaze in Windows and mental health apps. She also received a special stock award from Microsoft for her contributions to accessible and inclusive design. She is passionate about teaching accessibility in approachable ways.

Ben Fellows is the CEO of LoopQA, a company specializing in embedding Senior onshore QA team members to enhance software quality. A strong advocate for automation and emerging tools like Cursor, Ben believes in leveraging technology to drive significant improvements in QA efficiency and effectiveness.

Beyond his leadership at LoopQA, Ben actively contributes to the QA community through thought leadership, content creation, and hosting The Daily CTO podcast. His mission is to develop the next generation of QA Directors, empowering them to take greater ownership of processes, metrics, and overall quality within organizations.

Before his career in tech, Ben was a "West Wing kid" and began his professional journey working on Capitol Hill—a unique foundation that shaped his strategic and leadership mindset.

Sidharth is a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with over 14 years of experience in automation, specializing in Playwright, Selenium, Appium, API testing, and AI-driven test automation. As a thought leader in the testing community, he has trained 5,000+ professionals worldwide and actively mentors aspiring QA engineers.

He is at the forefront of AI & LLMs in Software Testing, leading initiatives at Amazon and collaborating with teams to automate test case generation using LLMs. His contributions have significantly improved test automation efficiency, reducing manual effort by up to 50% in multiple projects.
