Ronit Bohrer Hillel is an Engineering Leader at Microsoft and a seasoned product-engineering leader with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and enterprise-scale products. With over 20 years of diverse experience, she has successfully led Engineering, QA, Product, and Science teams across various domains, including SaaS, AI, no-code, Retail, Telecom, and Big data. Ronit is a former VP of Engineering at Smartsheet and an Engineering Leader at Amazon. She has held engineering leadership roles in enterprises, mid-sized companies, and startups. She holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA. Ronit is a career coach, a board member and a speaker.
