Biography
Karan Kapoor is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Health Plan practice with over 13 years of experience. His focus is primarily on IT strategy and solving signature issues in the health plans industry. Most recently, Karan worked on a national health plan core claims modernization program. His experience spans across the health plan value chain, including integration with third-party vendors, accumulators, and claims adjudication. Karan has also served as a product manager in Deloitte's Digital Health Products suite, where he designed NextGen health plan products. He has a track record of effectively blending technical know-how with functional domain knowledge to deliver robust solutions.
