He is the CEO of Engenious.io and the North America division of Marathon Labs, where he focuses on advancing modern testing practices and helping companies improve the reliability of complex software systems. Igor previously led and built testing and automation teams at companies such as Apple, Grammarly, and Tinder, working on large-scale consumer and AI-driven products used by millions of users worldwide. He is also the founder of Engenious University, where he trains engineers in next-generation skills such as AI testing, LLM evaluation, and automation strategy.
