Biography
Devashish is a Senior Director of Engineering at Esper, where for the past five years he has been building 'DevOps for devices' - a platform that helps enterprises manage fleets of mission-critical devices. For the past year, he has been leading a team of 70+ engineers through their AI adoption journey. His career spans multiple early-stage startups, including Shippable - a Techstars-backed company acquired by JFrog - where he built the CI/CD and automation pipelines from the ground up. A longtime expert in the DevOps and automation space, he has built and led distributed engineering teams across the globe. In his spare time, he goes running with his dog, dabbles as an amateur mountaineer, writes about his AI experiments on his blog (https://devashish.me), and is building Clawrium (https://github.com/ric03uec/clawrium), a side project for orchestrating autonomous agents at scale.
