With 15 years of experience advising large healthcare and technology enterprises, Chandan brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic vision to the intersection of AI and modern software delivery. He currently leads engineering initiatives at one of top 3 cloud providers across their flagship cloud AI products while also driving Epic implementation, managed services, and intelligent automation for one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems. A passionate advocate for AI's transformative impact on the services industry, Chandan champions the shift from labor-arbitrage models toward outcome-driven delivery and reimagined SDLC practices. He holds an MBA in Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
